    Ayurveda is the most valuable and important method which India has presented it in front of the world. It is believed that ayurveda is originated in India 5000 years ago. Ayurveda is old most method in India used to cure various health related problems. Ayurveda has a broad significance. It can cure all physical, mental, genetic health related problems. Now other countries are also using ayurvedic practices in wellness applications. 
Ayurveda is found to be the best method in curing heart problems, diabetes, skin problems, acidity, mental problems etc.

       DEFINITION OF AYURVEDA

            To know the meaning of the word ayurveda it can be split in two words. One is 'Ayu' and other is 'veda' and both are sanskrit words. Ayu means life and veda means knowledge. whole together can be stated as definition of ayurveda as "the knowledge to live life with healthy body and mind". Ayurveda is way if you follow it you will be healthy and if you don't follow it you will be unhealthy.

                History Of Ayurveda
    Researchers have traced Origin of ayurveda around 5000 - 6000 BC. Ayurveda can be seen in written form in vedas. We can say that ayurveda is a small section mentioned in ayurveda with broad significance. The origin of ayurveda is also found in athavaveda. There are three principal early texts are available on Ayurveda, the Charak Samhita the Sushruta Samhita and the Bhela Samhita. Sushruta has done a lot work on ayurveda and mentioned it in the scriptures.

             What Ayurveda tells us?
             Ayurveda has given more importance for 'dosha balance' and claimed that "If you live away from inequality in three doshas your life will be healthy, free of toxic and leads you to live away from illness".
These three doshas mentioned in Ayurveda are 
  1. vata
  2. pitta
  3. kapha
