        Three day treatment can give better benefits. For three days have light food or light diet. Make paste of 1  leaf of ashwagandha and have it with warm water. Repeat it three times a day for three days. Repeat this entire process after 15 days.

Overdose of ashwagandha can result in stomachache, diarrhea etc. If you are taking treatment and have other dose then you must consult to doctor before taking ashwagandha pills or powder. 

Early side effects - 

Earlier you may notice headache, sleeping issues and nightfall problems but after some time you will only see benefits of it. If you take treatment with ashwagandha with right dose and timing you will not have any of the side effects.
